Having a problem changing my monthly payment method. I lost the card paying this subscription so I'm attempting to change the payment method.
Not happy, I've been a loyal subscriber since 2015 without any real issues. I would appreciate someone to follow up with me thank you.

My dj software not responding when I’m opening the app up for the second time

My software was not responding on the second startup when I'm opening it for the second time on my Windows 11 Pro Acer Nitro 5. I tried other steps to fix the issue, but they didn't work. I believe my drivers are up to date; I have had that laptop for 5 years.

Problems with the software

I was Djing an Event and near the last hour, Virtual DJ just quit on me. I had to stop the party about 5-7minutes to restart the computer and reload in order for the program to resolved itself. So embarrassing!!!.
